At GTW Welding Supplies, we proudly stand behind the quality of every part and piece of equipment we sell. Most of our inventory undergoes thorough inspection at our Greenville, MI warehouse to ensure it meets our high standards.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return due to industry standards and quality control policies:
• Electrical Components – All electrical parts are final sale.
• Installed Items – Any product that has been installed or shows signs of installation cannot be returned.
• Improper Packaging – Items missing original packaging, manuals, components, or literature are ineligible for return.
• Sale or Clearance Items – Items sold as part of a promotion, clearance, or closeout are final sale.
• Fitment Errors – Returns due to customer ordering errors are not accepted. We strongly recommend confirming compatibility with our team before purchasing.
General Returns
All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at info@gtwweldingsupplies.com or 888-759-4473 to initiate your return.
Return Guidelines:
• Review Time – Allow 1–2 business days for your return request to be reviewed.
• RMA Number – Must be clearly written on the outside of the return package to avoid delays in processing.
• Condition – Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
• Refund Method – Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
• Return Window – Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Special Order Items – OEM parts that are special order may be subject to a 15–20% restocking fee as per manufacturer policy.
Part Exchanges
If you need to exchange a part and have an RMA, you have two convenient options:
Option 1: Standard Exchange
Provide your return shipment tracking number. Once your return is confirmed in transit, we will ship your replacement part.
Option 2: Urgent Replacement
If time is critical, you can order a replacement immediately. Once we receive the original item, we’ll refund your initial purchase.
Special Returns: Core & Warranty Claims
Core and warranty-related returns must be handled with care and require a valid RMA.
Core Returns:
• RMA Required – Core items cannot be returned without an RMA, per manufacturer guidelines.
• Original Packaging – If possible, return the core in the same packaging used for the replacement part.
Warranty Claims:
• File Promptly – Submit warranty claims as soon as an issue arises to ensure timely manufacturer support.
• 7-Day Return Window – Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your warranty claim approval. Returns after this window may result in loss of warranty coverage or core credit.
