At GTW Welding Supplies, we stand behind the tools and equipment we sell. From abrasives to industrial gases and everything in between, your satisfaction is our priority. Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with industry standards, the following items are non-returnable:
• Electrical Components: All electrical parts, including circuit boards, switches, and transformers.
• Gas and Gas-Related Items: Filled gas cylinders or partially used gases cannot be returned.
• Carburetor Parts and Sealing Components: Includes gaskets, O-rings, and seals—especially once installed.
• Engine and Internal Components: Items such as pistons, rings, and blocks.
• Used or Installed Products: Any product that has been used, installed, or shows signs of installation.
• Custom or Special Orders: Products ordered specifically for a customer’s unique application.
• Improperly Packaged Returns: Items not in their original packaging or missing parts, manuals, or accessories.
• Promotional or Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or through limited-time promotions are final sale.
• Incorrect Fitment Purchases: We are not responsible for fitment errors. Please call us prior to ordering if you're unsure.
General Returns
All returns must be pre-authorized with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact us at jeremy@gtwsupplies.com or call 616-754-6120.
Return Guidelines:
• RMA Review: Allow 1–2 business days for RMA approval.
• Condition of Return: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition with original packaging.
• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Restocking Fees: Special order OEM items may be subject to restocking fees of 15–20% depending on manufacturer policy.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product, we offer two options once an RMA is issued:
• Option 1: Provide us with a tracking number for your return shipment. Once the return is confirmed as in transit, we’ll ship out your replacement.
• Option 2: Need it fast? Purchase a replacement now, and we’ll refund your original order when we receive the return.
Warranty & Core Returns
Warranty and core returns must follow these additional guidelines:
• RMA Required: No warranty or core returns will be accepted without an RMA.
• Timeline: Cores or warranty items must be returned within 7 days of claim approval.
• Original Packaging: Core returns must be sent back in the same packaging that came with the replacement, if applicable.
• Late Returns: Core or warranty returns past 7 days may not be eligible for credit.
