Shipping Information


Standard Shipping

 

GTW Welding Supplies ships using standard shipping unless an expedited method is requested. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for specific delivery instructions (e.g., "Leave at side door") or packages not marked "Signature Required."

 

Multi-Warehouse & OEM Part Shipping


Our catalog includes over 1,000,000 OEM parts, many of which are shipped directly from the manufacturer. This may result in:

 

• Additional shipping fees or order minimums
• Separate shipments for parts from different warehouses
• Varying delivery timelines based on manufacturer location and availability

 

We do not consolidate multi-warehouse shipments unless specifically requested before your order is processed. For instance, parts from brands like Lincoln Electric and Miller will ship separately, each with individual shipping charges.

 
Shipping Within the Lower 48 U.S. States

 

We ship OEM parts via USPS, UPS, and FedEx based on weight, size, and destination.

 

For oversized or heavyweight items (e.g., engine driven welders or machinery), our team will reach out to arrange freight shipping options. Orders Shipped from GTW’s Warehouse

 

Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically processed (not shipped) the same business day. Orders placed after that time will process the next business day. Orders that include regular warehouse inventory will ship the day after the order is placed. Orders containing special ordered parts or machines will ship after the manufacturer processes the order. Most packages from our Greenville, MI area warehouse ship via USPS or FedEx:

 

• USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days
• FedEx Ground: 1–4 business days

 

If your shipping address cannot accept USPS deliveries, please provide an alternate address (e.g., P.O. Box) during checkout. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.

Missing or undelivered packages must be reported within 7 business days of the carrier's delivery confirmation.

 
International & Non-Continental U.S. Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping, including to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Australia.

 
Backorders & Special Orders

 

Occasionally, manufacturers may place items on backorder. If this happens, you’ll be notified via email promptly for a solution.

 

Most OEM parts are considered special order items. While we carry a large inventory, not every part is kept in stock. If an item requires additional processing time, we’ll notify you right away — though in most cases, orders proceed as expected.
