Harris Dynaflow® is a premium, medium-range phosphorus-copper-silver brazing alloy designed for brazing copper and brass components. It offers excellent strength and ductility, making it an economical alternative to 15% silver alloys.

  • Brazing Applications: Ideal for joining copper-to-copper and copper-to-brass connections.

  • Self-Fluxing: Eliminates the need for flux when brazing copper-to-copper joints; for brass joints, use Stay-Silv® white flux.

  • Melting Range: Features a wide melting range, facilitating the filling of loose connections and allowing for "capping" or "building-up" around joints.

  • Mechanical Properties: Provides a balance of strength and ductility suitable for various applications.

  • Corrosion Resistance: Generally matches that of the copper base metal; however, avoid use in environments exposed to sulfur or sulfur compounds.
