Dynaflow® Phosphorus-Copper-Silver Brazing Alloy – High Performance for Copper & Brass Applications

Dynaflow® is a premium phosphorus-copper-silver brazing alloy designed for copper-to-copper and copper-to-brass joints. Trusted by HVAC technicians, service professionals, and OEM fabricators, it delivers reliable, long-term performance with excellent flow characteristics and joint strength.

Comparable to 15% silver filler metals, Dynaflow® is a cost-effective alternative that maintains high quality and ductility. It flows smoothly into both tight and loose-fitting joints, making it ideal for a wide range of brazing applications. This alloy is self-fluxing when used on copper, and a brazing flux such as Stay-Silv® white flux is recommended when joining brass or copper-to-brass.

With a wide melting range and the ability to cap or build up around the joint, Dynaflow® ensures a strong, sealed connection—even in imperfect fit-ups. It complies with EU REACH and RoHS directives, making it a dependable and regulation-compliant choice.

Key Features:

  • Medium-range phosphorus-copper-silver alloy for brazing copper and brass

  • Cost-effective replacement for 15% silver filler metals

  • Excellent ductility and strength for high-pressure or high-vibration systems

  • Wide melting range fills loose joints and enables strong build-up

  • Self-fluxing on copper; flux required for brass connections

  • Not suitable for ferrous metals or sulfur-exposed environments

  • Compliant with EU REACH & RoHS

Common Applications:

  • HVAC and refrigeration systems

  • Copper piping and plumbing

  • Copper-to-brass fittings

  • Service and repair work in mechanical systems

  • Equipment manufacturing

Important Note:
Phosphorus-containing alloys like Dynaflow® should not be used in applications where the joint is exposed to sulfur or sulfur compounds, as these can lead to brittle intermetallic formation.
